I have a patient who was treated for her allergy to noise. She was a lot better but I noticed a few niggly things about her reaction to noise. I checked and she had two beliefs that needed treatment.
1) Noise gives me migraines 2) Noise makes me sick. As I began the preparation to treat her, I noticed a lot of commotion on the street from the window of my treatment room. There were construction trucks, a flat bed truck offloading a backhoe, a dump truck and the trailer to house the men working. The banging began. The concrete from the road was broken, lifted and dropped on the street. So much noise and pounding began as I prepared to treat for her emotional issues of noise. I turned some new age music on at the loudest setting and set all my timers I use for work to start ringing. So much noise… the outside construction noise and the sounds I created. The patient and I laughed at the serendipity of the moment! The universe had conspired to help her end her allergy to noise by sending all the construction equipment to create sounds that she hated and in the past would give her migraines. A patient had been treated for Genital Herpes with NAET. For a number of years, she no longer had any outbreaks. I hadn’t seen this patient for three years and in the meantime, she started a new business and worked 6 days a week for a number of years, closed that business, retired, had personal issues and generally ran herself into the ground. She called saying her Herpes had returned. In the clinic, I found she had lost two NAET treatments and needed several boosts to build up her immune system. She had no allergy to the Herpes Virus or the Herpes Virus with any combinations which in the past I had needed to treat. I realized that when our immune system is not 100%, a patient can experience cat or dog allergies, previously treated viruses or many other disharmonies in the body. The trick to not experiencing these annoying symptoms is to keep one’s immune system at the 100% level. By seeing a NAET practitioner every 4-6 months for a check-up once the patient’s course of treatments has been completed, there is no need to have previous issues return.
